I’ve been on Red Growth for a week with little to show for it, but I didn’t expect much because of the recommended dosage, which is one pill per day for the first week to determine how it makes you feel, the two pills per day on the second week, three per day on the third and fourth week, then your cycle stops.

So, suffice to say, I’ve seen little to nothing, but that’s not a knock on the product. We will see how the next week goes. I’ve not done anything particularly scientific, but I will have the wife do some measurements or something so I can get some real data.

At the moment I will continue with my three time per week workout and limited calorie intake diet.
