I’ve posted this song before, and I dont know how to just repost it to the front of my feed, but I’m going to post it again. Some music is timeless and tragic and beautiful and can bring a little bit of dampness to your eyes even if it doesn’t really hold any special meaning to you. This is one of those songs. Every time I hear it I feel melancholy and distant, thinking that to someone, somewhere, this song brings fond memories, profound sadness, overwhelming joy. One or another, or maybe all at the same time. Either way: Good lord, what an amazing song.
